CGC Dog's Essential Skills

Well Socialized

CGC dogs are well socialized and enjoy the company of their owner, friendly strangers, and other dogs.

Obedience Cues

CGC dogs know the sit, down, stay and come when called cues.  They are respectful in their home and when out in the community.

Friendly Strangers

CGC dogs welcome the attention from friendly strangers.  They do not bark at or jump up on strangers to get attention.

Loose Leash Walking

CGC dogs walk politely on leash. They do not pull or lag behind their owner. When walking through a crowd, CGC dogs stay beside their owner at all times.
